Valentino In Hotel Derek

World-renowned restaurateur Piero Selvaggio opened Valentino & Vin Bar, a fine-dining restaurant located in Houston’s boutique Hotel Derek. The Houston location will be the Valentino Restaurant Group’s fourth restaurant; it will join the original in Santa Monica as well as the two Vegas locations.

Case & Associates completed the restaurant and bar in 2009. The project consisted of renovating and building out the existing 6,000 square foot space into restaurant and bar. The space houses a fine-dining restaurant and more casual bar area. The restaurant also features multiple private dining areas for business functions and special occasions.
