The Stella Hotel

Completed in 2017, The Stella Hotel is a boutique, full-service hotel located in Bryan/College Station, Texas. As a part of The Town Center of ATLAS, a communal area comprised of retail, restaurant, office/health, and wellness space. The Stella Hotel caters to those members of the ATLAS campus—a 200-acre mixed-use, health-centric community.

Case & Associates provided full-construction services and their expertise in the building of the hotel. The project included 176 guest rooms and suites, 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, restaurant & bar, ballroom, and lobby.
